NOTICE OF INTENT TO AD- JUST WHOLESALE WATER AND WASTEWATER RATES charged to the City of Lexington and to the Rockbridge County Public Service Authority and no- tice of Public Hearing. The Maury Service Authority (MSA) hereby provides notice that as of July 1, 2021, it intends to establish the wholesale drinking water rate from $3.70 to $4.00 per 1,000 gal- lons.
